COST:

  • Government Rate: $140. per night (Wyndham Garden) -  No Resort Charge for the Government attendees.  
    (rates are     subject to change once 2025 Government Per Diem rates are released) 
  • Commercial Rate (Wyndham Tower Rooms): $155. per night + $28 Resort fee

Taxes: Room rates and Resort Fees are subject to the following taxes: City Tax 6.5% + Occupancy Tax 6.0% =  Total Occupancy Tax: 12.5%

Approx. Cost per night with taxes (based on one person):

  • GARDEN (Gvt) = $157.50 USD per night
  • TOWER (Commercial) = $205.88 USD per night

 

A credit card guarantee is required for all reservations.

It's important to know that the Wyndham breaks their rooms up as Garden and Tower Rooms.  To obtain the government or lowest room rate, you must choose a Garden room.  Garden Rooms face the pool and garden area.  Access to these rooms are via an outdoor walkway.  Tower rooms face (mostly) face the park and are accessed via the elevator.

  • RESORT FEE INCLUDES: Telephone access for local calls up to 20 minutes, Access to fitness center, Oasis Pool Area and all recreational amenities, Premium WIFI with Unlimited Device Connections in Guest Room and Public Areas, 10% off Food & non-alcoholic beverage purchases at the Oasis Restaurant & Bar located poolside , 30 minutes early entry to any Disney Theme Park every day (reservations and valid theme park ticket required)

  • HOTEL ROOM CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations can be cancelled up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival without penalty. Reservations canceled within 72 hours will be charged a one-night room and tax penalty.  

  • SHIPPING:  Fed-Ex and UPS are preferred in-bound shippers.  They deliver directly to the property.
