Why Booth and/or Speed Networking????

This year we're offering both.  Why?  In 2025 we introduced Speed Networking and it was EXTREMELY popular.  We also surveyed all attendees.  See results below.  As much as Speed Networking was completely amazing, some attendees also wanted the typical expo too.

As a Technology Exhibitor, you will receive:  A 10ft booth space to exhibit on Tuesday, and registration for one exhibitor (additional exhibitors @ $475. each would cover the cost of food & AV).  You will participate in breakfast, lunches and breaks and the President's Reception to network with attendees.  You are also welcome to attend any of our educational session that interest you.

Details: BOOTH (Only a limited number of booths are available)

• This is a hotel expo so you will have a 10 ft space, a 6 ft table and chairs.
• Set up is anytime after 12 noon Monday thru very early Tuesday morning. 
• You must be set up by 8AM Tuesday.  
• Teardown is Tuesday after 3:30 until midnight.

NOTE:  It is important to note that expo tables will be in the pre-function space.  Attendees will see you as they rotate sessions and during coffee breaks.  But, unlike previous years, Breakfast and Lunch will be in a different part of the hotel.  All Exhibitors and Speed Networking Hosts are invited to all Conference Meals

Details: Speed Networking Tables (Limited)

Think of this as your time to do a presentation to attendees.  You will have a round table for 2-3 hours.  A group of attendees (approx. 5-8) will sit with you to talk.  They will rotate tables every 15 minutes.  By the end of the Speed Networking Sessions you will typically meet face to face with each attendees and/or speaker in the room. A schedule will be supplied organizing attendees and table rotations.

It's your table - do as you wish ... demo a product, run a fun contest with members at your table, do a voice of the customer survey - it's your choice.

ATTENDEE COMMENTS REGARDING 2025 SPEED NETWORKING VS EXPO:  

• 15 minutes sometimes seemed too little if we were in the middle of discussions. 
• Gave the opportunity for more in depth conversation.
• Great opportunity to meet and speak with vendors about their products. Sometimes one on one is uncomfortable so I enjoyed the small group table meetings.
• Group setting better flow of information, this should be held early so those that want additional information have time to visit the vendor table.
• You get personal information on all products and how they work.
• Able to meet different industry pros.
• Was able to hear from all of the exhibitors   

And ... this comment sums up the success of Speed Networking: “I'm not the type of person to walk up to a table and start a conversation with a salesperson, so this forum allowed a more comfortable group environment for guided discussion”
